The Plantation Inn's two buildings house 19 beautifully decorated rooms - 15 guest rooms and 4 suites in 7 different categories. A secluded tiled pool and Jacuzzi connect the two buildings creating a serene courtyard bordered by an array of lush Hawaiian ferns. Here guests can bask year round in Maui's warm sunshine undisturbed.
Breakfast is included for all paying guests and served from 7:30 to 9:30 am in the tranquil poolside setting. Selections include Chef Gerard Reversade's gourmet French Toast, poached Eggs Basquaise, Gerard's special blend Mueslix along with homemade yogurt or a fresh bagel with salmon & cream cheese. To complement your breakfast, the staff graciously serves fresh island fruit, tropical juice and Gerard’s select roast Kona coffee.
All rooms are designated non-smoking, have private tiled bathrooms, air-conditioning and additional amenities. Free on-site parking included. Regrettably, we are unable to accommodate children 12 and under in any of our guestrooms.

NON-SMOKING: All guest rooms are designated non-smoking. Upon arrival, please ask the Front Desk clerk for designated smoking area locations. Failure to comply with the Hawai'i State Smoking Law will result in a cleaning fee of $250.00.
LATE ARRIVALS: The Front Desk office is open from 8:00am to 9:00pm daily.
For arrivals after 9:00pm, please see the maitre d' of Gerard's Restaurant for your late arrival packet. If closed, please use the emergency phone located on the porch of the Restaurant and an operator will assist you and help you locate your keys to your room. Please let us know if you think you will be arriving after 9:00pm.
PARKING: Complimentary parking is available at 3 different locations.
- The driveway/lane on the ocean side of our property between our Lahainaluna building and the gravel lot.
- The gravel (rock) lot on the ocean side of our property.
- The paved parking lot to the rear of our property. Drive toward the mountain on Lahainaluna Road to Wainee Street. Turn right and turn right again at Pana'ewa Street. Parking entrance will be on your right.
