Reservations Policies



As a romantic getaway, all of our 19 beautifully decorated guestrooms are designed and arranged for two adults, with the exception of the Pana’ewa Suite and the Luna Suite, which can accommodate three people. There is a $30.00 charge for a third person in these rooms. Regrettably, we are unable to accommodate children 12 and under in any of our guestrooms. If you are booking for same day arrival, our office hours are 8:00a to 9:00p daily. Please call our office during those hours to make arrangements for a late check-in.

Deposit:

A two night deposit is required at the time of booking.  Exception:  Five night deposit is required at time of booking for Holiday Periods.

 

Tax:

State Tax 4.166% plus 8.25% Room Tax; total 12.416% (Effective July 1, 2009).

State Tax 4.166% plus 9.25% Room Tax; total 13.416% (Effective July 1, 2010)

Cancellation/No Show: 
For reservations canceled more than fifteen days prior to arrival, a $25 cancellation fee will be charged. For cancellations received within fifteen days of arrival, a two-night room plus State tax cancellation charge will apply. No shows will be charged for the entire amount of the reserved stay plus State tax. For cancellation during Holiday Periods, see below.

Holiday Periods

Halloween (October 31, 2010)

       Minimum Length of Stay:
      All arrivals on Halloween day require a two-night minimum stay.

 

Winter Holidays (December 23, 2010 - January 3, 2011)

      Minimum Length of Stay: 
      All arrivals during the peak holiday period require a five-night minimum stay.

     

Deposit:

Five-night deposit is required at time of booking. 
       
     

 Cancellation:

Cancellation notice received after December 1st will incur a charge equivalent to a full stay charge of room plus State tax. Any checkout earlier than the confirmed departure date will incur a full stay charge of room and tax. No shows result in a charge equivalent to a full stay charge room plus State tax. Name and date changes will not be accepted for any confirmed bookings during the holiday period.
