We may only have one restaurant at the Plantation Inn, but what a restaurant! We’re home to Gerard’s, one of the finest restaurants in North America – Contemporary French Island Cuisine brings Maui’s freshest island products with Chef Gerard’s French culinary prowess.

Breakfast is included for all paying guests and served from 7:30 to 9:30 am in the tranquil poolside setting. Selections include Chef Gerard Reversade's gourmet French Toast, poached Eggs Basquaise, Gerard's special blend Mueslix along with homemade yogurt or a fresh bagel with salmon & cream cheese. To complement your breakfast, the staff graciously serves fresh island fruit, tropical juice and Gerard’s select roast Kona coffee.
All guests receive a $50 dinner certificate to dine at Gerard’s Restaurant for every night of their stay. Suggested seating is from 6-8pm. Certificate is for two persons. Single diners will receive a $25 dinner credit. Certificate may be used only when ordering a 3 course meal (choice of appetizer, soup or salad; choice of entrée; choice of dessert). Gratuity, beverages and taxes are not included. Not valid on holidays.
